Research Engineer Introduction: Matt will be working on a Ph.D. in Biosystems Engineering while helping Dr. Hamilton in his extension waste management program. Most of Matt’s duties will entail operating the Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactor (ASBR) at the Swine Research and Education Center (SREC) to produce methane from swine manure, and to provide on-site technical assistance and coordination of waste management operations. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). Education: B.S. and M.S. in Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Kansas State University Areas
