Nurhan Turgut Dunford, P.Eng.

Introduction:
Dr. Dunford specializes in Food, Oil/oilseed and Bioprocessing. Her experience as an engineer and scientist encompasses over twenty years including positions in Turkey, Canada and the U.S.A. Before she joined Oklahoma State University, Dr. Dunford worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, National Centre for Agricultural Utilization Research (NCAUR), Peoria, IL. Dr. Dunford is a registered Professional Engineer in Canada and active in several professional organizations in the U.S. She is also on staff at the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center.
