Associate Professor Introduction: Dr. Bowser is an Extension Specialist in Processing and Engineering. Before coming to O.S.U. Dr. Bowser had extensive industrial experience with Gerber Products Company of Fremont, MI and Ft. Smith, AR. He was also an Engineering Consultant with Lockwood Greene Engineers in Spartanburg, SC.
