Currently, Thermal Solutions is consulting for Lopez Foods, Inc. at its Oklahoma City food processing plant. This plant processes over 390 tons of raw meat products per day into cooked product. During the cooking process, a 30° F variance in heating occurs in the meat patties. This large variance causes a considerable quality issue.

Thermal Solutions is working to determine the source of the uneven heat distribution. Once this has been identified, Thermal Solutions will develop a solution to reduce the temperature variation by 75-80% and to lower the average temperature to 162° F.
